Coaching leaders, managers and employees

My Coaching Style

Perhaps my coaching style is best described by quoting the words my clients most often use to describe the way in which I coach:

‘Warm, engaging, supportive, establishes rapport and trust quickly and easily.’

Then clients will quickly add that I am also, ‘Direct, candid, forthright,  authentic and tell it like it is.’

Other words clients use to describe me as a coach are ‘understands business, a creative strategic thinker, professional with high integrity and able to create  rapid progress.’
